Description
Braided Aramid Cord is an eight strand, tightly woven cord manufactured from high strength KEVLAR® 29 fibers. The cord can be used to reinforce the inside and outside of compound curves, to strengthen comer joints or to stiffen the inlayed edges of formers.
It is compatible with polyester, vinyl-ester and epoxy resins and wets out easily. It can be cut with a sharp pair of composite shears.
What is a MF and MY?
- MY = 1000 Yards
- MF = 1000 Feet
NOTE:
- .025″ and .035″ are sold as bulk materials. They are not sold by the roll. If you order 2, that being 2000 yards, you will get that in yardage but it may or may not be on 1 roll.
- .070 is sold by the roll.
